The Northfield Community Center was built in 1998 through a co-op with the Village of Northfield, School District 29, and the Northfield Park District, and is located on the corner of Willow and Wagner Roads in Northfield. Most of our programs are held here at the Community Center. The building contains a full size gym with a wood floor, a drop down batting cage, 6 adjustable basketball hoops, and capabilities for full and cross-court volleyball. The rest of the building houses a fitness center, the Residents Center (a small programming/meeting room that can accommodate up to 60 people), a board room where the Park District board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm, and office space for the Park District employees.
